5 healing days full of gratitude and giving in the nature. We want to share the fullness of life, the giving and receiving.
During yoga, cooking, storytelling and hiking together - in conversation, singing or in silence. The fullness, it is said, reveals itself in letting go, in the moment when what we want or may wish may go - only then do we realize that everything is already there.
We will spend 5 days in the Austrian alpine planes in the midst of forests, green gras and mountain lakes. The UNTERTAL offers a great range of beautiful treks, close to the Forest-house, which will be our retreat for these days.
Our days begin and end with meditation and yoga, followed by time outdoors in the mountains as well as in the community. We will turn off our mobile phone and enjoy the sounds of nature to RESTORE our ENERGY + connect to what we MISS + NEED.
The wonderful chef KATRIN MEISTER with magic from the kitchen will take care of our culinary well-being!
WALDHAUS AHORNAU
The Waldhaus, once a hunting lodge, is a lovingly renovated house situated in the Untertal valley. It offers enough space for up to 20 people, has a spacious living room with tiled stove and garden with barbecue facilities. The location of this house is a special one, as it is situated in the middle of the beautiful Untertal, close to the Wild Water and Riesach Falls.

OUR DAYS in the MOUNTAINS
We arrived at the chalet in the early afternoon on the 26th of May. Not knowing what to expect in terms of this place we were astonished by its charm. The house is on the edge of an old forest. From the garden we had a view into the trees while listening to the sound of the stream nearby. The house is very spacious and offers a place of retreat for everyone, enough space to eat together in the large kitchen as well as cuddly sofas in the living room to stay by the open fireplace. We started the days partly comfortably, partly very early - with Yoga or directly into the mountain to the ascent on the alpine pastures and mountain lakes in the surrounding valleys. Our tours led us to alpine pastures and lakes of the Untertal and Obertal in Schalding, Austria. The trip ended with an unexpectedly impressive tour around the Giglachsen and a cosy packing day in the sun. We are tanned with a smile on our faces, pleasantly tired but satisfied bodies from hiking and the desire to return to the mountains soon.
